I am a Retired Escrow Officer for about a year and a half now.  I started oil painting shortly after I retired.  I had painted with acrylics for a couple of years before as a self-trained artist.  I started painting with oils when I started taking classes from Sheila Minnick.  I love to paint and try to pick different subjects with each painting that I do so that I can learn more.  I am married with three children and two grandchildren.  I am originally from Minnesota but I have lived in Oklahoma for about 30 years now.  I do volunteer work at the Studio Mid-Del in Del City, love working with children and generally keeping busy.
